Full stainless steel exhaust system designed for Mercedes-Benz W205 Sedan and S205 Estate models. This system is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory exhaust and fits C200, C300, and C43 models. It features adjustable valved mufflers for sound control and your choice of downpipe configuration.

Valve Control and Sound

The rear mufflers feature integrated electronic actuators, allowing you to manually increase or decrease the exhaust volume from the cabin.

Valves Closed: Exhaust gases are routed through the muffler baffles. This keeps the exhaust volume close to stock levels and reduces drone for highway driving.

Valves Open: Exhaust gases bypass the muffler internals for maximum flow and a noticeably louder exhaust note.

Materials and Construction

Material: T304 Stainless Steel

Piping: Mandrel-bent to maintain a consistent diameter and prevent flow restriction

Finish: Brushed stainless steel

Downpipe Options

Select from two downpipe configurations based on your vehicle's intended use:

1. High-Flow Catted Downpipe

Replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a less dense, high-flow unit. This improves exhaust flow and sound over the stock downpipe while still filtering emissions.

2. Catless Downpipe (Race Use Only)

Removes the catalytic converter entirely for the highest possible exhaust flow. This option will trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL) without a tune and will increase exhaust fumes.
